Training Plans

Blaze Your Trail delivery bespoke plans built around you.  A training plan should be ambitious and push you to improve, but also be realistic or all you're doing is setting yourself up to fail.  Whether you are able to train 2 or 3 days a week or every day of the week - with the focus on the RIGHT sessions each time you run, you can achieve anything.

All plans include:

​

1.5 hour session (in-person, by phone or video) to get to you know you, current training, injury history, life challenges and of course running goals

​

Dynamic training plan via the (free) Final Surge coaching platform so sessions are delivered direct to your mobile device &/or email daily

​

Training organised in focused training blocks of 3 or 4 weeks with a 1 to 3 week taper before your main event
